Ingredient and proportions:
- ½ kg ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil
- 2 lemons
- parsley
- flour
- 1 cup of broth
- 1 glass of white wine
- salt
- pepper

Directions:
an original preparation that will pleasantly surprise you: these are tasty meatballs that can be stored in properly sterilized jars.
They can be served as a light meal with a green salad or to satisfy a small hunger between two meals.
Brown a fine chopped onion and a crushed clove of garlic in a little oil; in a salad bowl, mix minced meat with the yellow part of a lemon peel, chopped parsley, garlic and onion, and then put everything in a chopper.
Form the meatballs, flour them and fry them in boiling oil, then moisten them with wine and broth, add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain them and put them in jars. Thicken the cooking juice and pour it in while still warm.
Close and sterilize 3 times for 15 minutes.
Note:
To reuse leftover meat or vegetables. There is an easy and economical solution which consists in preparing meatballs, which can be fried or stewed with ready-made or home-made sauces. The important thing is to finely chop the ingredients that will make up the mince and to season them well.
The meatballs can be cooked in a deep fryer or in a pan.
They will be delicious with a salad or in a broth.
